Start with these fun body weight exercises! For a full workout do 10 repetitions each side for 3 rounds 🤩⠀ ⠀ 

🤜 Leg swing toe touch⠀ ⠀ 

🤜 Inch worm knee to elbow⠀ ⠀ 

🤜 High side plank arm circles⠀ ⠀ 

🤜 Low side plank hip dips⠀ ⠀

Just kidding! Use this energy to make a start! The secret is just to divide your dreams and wishes into (super) small steps, so it is easier to maintain🤗⠀ ⠀ 

Example ☝, you want to get (back) in shape🏋️‍♂️: start with moving your body every day either by going on a walk or follow a short workout video at home or buy skates or a mountainbike! ⠀ ⠀ 

Or make a list of sports you would like to start doing or try out and plan a try out training.⠀ ⠀ 

Or get professional help and invest in a personal trainer if you know you need that extra push to start (I happen to know a fun trainer, DM me for more info 😉)⠀ ⠀ 

Example ✌, you want to lose weight and start eating more healthy🥑: start writing down what you eat (no calories just the items you put into your mouth) eating is often a habit and often we don't even realize were snacking again.⠀ ⠀ 

Start to prepare meals so when you're hungry you don't have to cook anymore and always bring a piece of fruit or a small snack with you to prevent cravings (which result into unhealthy decisions 🍟)⠀ ⠀ 

Get professional help and invest in a personal trainer if you want someone to coach you towards a healthier lifestyle (I happen to know a good trainer, DM me for more info 😉)⠀ ⠀

Some healthy snack inspiration, for after all the delicious Christmas dinners and oliebollen!!👉⠀ ⠀ 

Dried figs (100 gram)
Dried apricots (100 gram)⠀ 
Raw cashew nuts (100 gram)⠀ Coconut shreds (3 spoons)
Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)⠀ 
And sesame seeds for topping⠀ ⠀ 

👉Mesh and mix it in the food processor ⠀ 
👉Roll small balls⠀
👉put it in a little box with the sesame seeds and shake it!⠀ 
👉Put it in the fridge for an hour before eating⠀ ⠀
